3. Our Role as a Marketplace 

• Thereforeog.com acts solely as a marketplace to connect Buyers and Vendors. We do not manufacture, store, or directly sell the Products listed by Vendors. 
• We are not a party to the contract for sale between a Buyer and a Vendor. The Vendor is solely responsible for fulfilling orders, product quality, accuracy of listings, shipping, and returns. 
• While we strive to onboard authentic "Original Organic" Vendors, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the Products, the truth or accuracy of Vendor listings, or the ability of Vendors to sell items or Buyers to purchase items. 

4. User Accounts 

• To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 
• You agree to notify Thereforeog.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 

5. For Buyers 

• Purchases:When you purchase a Product on Thereforeog.com, you are entering into a direct contract with the Vendor. 
• Pricing:Product prices are set by the Vendors. 
• Payments:Payments are processed securely through our chosen third-party payment gateway. Thereforeog.com does not store your full payment card details. 
• Shipping:Shipping policies and costs are determined by each individual Vendor. Please review these before making a purchase. 
• Returns & Refunds:All returns and refunds are handled according to the individual Vendor's return policy, as outlined on their product pages and our general Return Policy. You must contact the Vendor directly for return requests. 

6. For Vendors 

• Eligibility:Vendors must comply with our specific Vendor Onboarding Guidelines, including providing proof of organic certification and other relevant licenses. 
• Product Listings:Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and truthfulness of their Product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability. 
• Fulfillment:Vendors are responsible for timely order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery of Products. 
• Customer Service:Vendors are responsible for handling Buyer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner. 
• Commissions & Payouts:Vendors agree to pay Thereforeog.com a pre-agreed commission on each sale made through the platform. Payouts to Vendors will be processed as per the Vendor Agreement. 
• Compliance:Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding the sale of their Products, including but not limited to consumer protection, food safety, and labeling laws. 

7. Prohibited Uses 

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: 

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. 
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website. 
• Use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Website. 
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Website for any purpose. 
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
